An 8mm faceted garnet is bezel set in sterling silver and is paired with a vibrant orangish red piece of rosarita, bezel set in gold-filled with a sterling back. The 3mm gold-filled band is slightly adjustable, fitting ring sizes 7.5-8.5.
Rosarita is a by product from gold refining done in the 1960s and 1970s. Alaskan beach sand was smelted for its gold content and the resulting slag is this beautiful glass known as Rosarita.
